Thank you for hosting such a deeply nurturing weekend. What an incredibly beautiful space you have created over the years. I really appreciated all the different approaches to finding stillness - and that we could take the journey as we felt to. Many thanks,
~Lucinda

This silent retreat was more than I hoped for. When I arrived I was a very tired nurse, in extreme burn out, anxious, and a bit scared of the prospect of silence and stillness for four days. There's reason I've never been able to attempt a Vipassana. After a stunning sunset meditation and a warm welcoming in the meditation cabin, Babaji said everything I needed to hear to let go, and at least attempt to do this. He said something like, let this retreat be about two things, relaxation and spontaneity. If you're tired and need to rest, please rest, sleep all day of you need. If you wake up for the sunrise meditation and you spontaneously feel better to stay in your bed please stay in bed. These words released the pressure and would go on to inspire and guide me through all the meditations and challenges of the four days. We had saunas, sound baths, bonfires, 24 hour access to the meditation cabin, labyrinth and forest walks, and there's a grotto by the creek too! My accom was clean, comfy and communal, though there are single rooms also I believe. It was a stunning experience really, simple, comfy, authentic and the Land is very healing to be on. The last afternoon was my favourite where we chatted, networked and shared chocolate cake. The entire team out there are just lovely, super helpful and very non intrusive. I'm already so eager to do another 4 days! Thank you Babaji and team it was so very healing. I will be forever grateful. Sincerely,
~Deb
