Awareness Play

"There is a voice that does not use words. Listen, it comes like dawn,
and you wake up laughing at what you thought was your grief.
"
(Rumi)

Inspired by Taoist, Buddhist, Advaita, Constellation and Gestalt schools, Awareness Play is a lively and interactive inquiry into our relationship to self, others and nature. It is an invitation to visceral experience, an opportunity to allow your innermost core to step forward fearlessly; discovering, learning and realising.

Monday Evenings
6.30pm - 8.30pm Mullumbimby
Participation is free, donations welcome.

" It was more like having had a cataract taken off my brain, letting me experience the world and myself properly for the first time, for that dark radiance seemed to reveal the essence of everything."
(John Wren-Lewis)

" Without realising the absolute one will be consumed by desires and fears, repeating themselves endlessly. Either you remain forever longing, searching, grabbing, holding and ever losing, or go out wholeheartedly in search of the state of timeless perfection to which nothing can be added nor taken away from. "
(Nisargadatta Maharaj)

The devil whispered in my ear,
"you're not strong enough to withstand the storm."
Today I whispered in the devil's ear, "I am the storm."
