Dynamic Meditation is one of Osho’s major contributions to making meditation available for contemporary people.

Osho Dynamic meditation is an active meditation, which lasts one hour and is in five stages. This includes rapid, deep breathing; exploding with emotion (completely letting go); and then jumping using the sound "Hoo!" as a mantra; the fourth stage Stop! Freezing into the moment exactly as you are; and then celebrating, rejoicing with music & dance.

It is best to have an empty stomach and wear loose, comfortable clothing. It is an individual experience, so it is wise to keep your eyes closed throughout, if preferable may opt to use a blindfold.
