This week's yummy menu is

1. Creamy veg curry, South Indian dhal and basmati rice

2. Borlotti bean mousaka with millet and steamed veg

3. Indonesian pumpkin. green beans and cashew nut curry with jasmin rice and tempeh

4. Spinach and fetta pie with baked beetroot and steamed veg.

All meals can be made gluten free and meals 1-3 dairy free.

Each meal costs $9.00
