Awareness Play

Inspired by the works of Moreno, Perls, Lowen, Rogers, Hellinger and other great explorers of consciousness, Awareness Play is an unscripted, light-hearted, intuition and feeling centred approach to realisation.

Awareness Play is not a therapy group and does not have therapeutic resources. It is about allowing unrecognised dynamics in relationships and within the self to move towards resolution and reconciliation.

The invitation in the room is to finish unfinished conversations, to venture into unknown aspects of our existence, and to allow a deeper, liberating layer of knowing to come into view.

12 October - 30 November 2019

Deeper Layers of Honesty

"Everything that irritates us about others
can lead us to a better understanding of ourselves.
One does not become enlightened by imagining
figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious."
(Carl Jung)

"Eternity consciousness was palpably real; like having had a cataract taken off my brain, letting me experience the world and myself properly for the first time. Desires and fears gave way to ineffable recognition, choicelessness, the absolute."  (John Wren-Lewis)
