"Between what is said and not meant, and what is meant and not said,  most of love is lost." (Khalil Gibrane)

Awareness Play
Constellation Encounter

Inspired by the works of Moreno, Jung, Perls, Lowen, Rogers, Hellinger and other great explorers of consciousness, Awareness Play is a light-hearted, unscripted, intuition and feeling centred approach.

Awareness Play is not a therapy group and does not have therapeutic resources. It is about enabling unrecognised dynamics in relationships and within the self to move towards resolution and reconciliation.

Without contrast the image is blurred. The invitation in the room is to finish unfinished conversations, to venture into unknown aspects of our existence, and to allow a deeper, liberating layer of knowing to come into view.

Deeper Layers of Honesty

"Everything that irritates us about others
can lead us to a better understanding of ourselves.
One does not become enlightened by imagining
figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious."
(Carl Jung)

Deeper Layers of Honesty

"Eternity consciousness was palpably real; like having had
a cataract taken off my brain, letting me experience
the world and myself properly for the first time."
(John Wren-Lewis)

Deeper Layers of Honesty

What matters is the persistence with which you keep on returning to yourself.
In silence stay with your sense of self, with the sense of "I am". (Nisargadatta Maharaj)
