Awareness Play

Inspired by the works of Moreno, Perls, Lowen, Rogers, Hellinger and other great explorers of consciousness, Awareness Play is an unscripted, light-hearted, intuition and feeling centred approach to the self.

Awareness Play is not a therapy group and does not have therapeutic resources. It is about finding yourself here; strangely without regrets, complaints, desires and fears. Paradoxically it is by recognising, by acknowledging the world and ourselves just the way we are, that things can change. The magic happens not because, but in spite of us.

Ultimately the invitation to all us in the room is to finish unfinished conversations, to venture into unknown aspects of our existence, and to allow a deeper, liberating layer of knowing to come into view.

Meetings every Saturday in May and June 2019
2.00pm - 5.00pm
Temple Byron, Byron Bay
(and if you can make a donation towards the costs that's nice,
and if not just come and be our guest)

Deeper Layers of Honesty

"Everything that irritates us about others
can lead us to a better understanding of ourselves.

One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light,
but by making the darkness conscious."
(Carl Jung)
