On this dance floor movement becomes our medicine.
An ecstatic movement meditation plugging us directly back in to our
most deliciously fluid, creatively free, unique selves. Everybody is welcome.
This class is suitable for anybody in a body!

Notes:
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.....we are opposite the court house, behind the big church on Zadoc St. I look forward to meeting you on the dance floor. 7-9pm $20 ($15 concession)
